Symptoms
- Open cursors steadily increasing for user ODSSM
- When restart oem agent, the open cursors on the DB gets relatively low
Changes
- To monitor OID servers with the Oracle Fusion Middleware Plugin in Enterprise Manager 13.4, Set the ODSSM Password in OEM, and since then open cursors for user ODSSM are steadily increasing.
