Symptoms

Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12.2.1.3 with DBAT Connector 12.2.1.3.

The following error happens after enabling FIPS 140-2 on the database used by DBAT connector:

1. Enabling FIPS 140-2 on the database used by DBAT connector
2. Test with DBAT connector
