Symptoms
When attempting to use Oracle HTTP Server's (OHS) WebLogic Plugin module (mod_wl_ohs) after upgrading to Database Client 19c (DBc 19c) with respective patch requirements, the plugin fails to handle chunked responses when SecureProxy is used.

The plugin is seen to error as follows.
Changes
- OHS environment was upgraded to DBc 19c. See <Document 2921245.1>.
- SecureProxy is used for the resource which is failing.
- Response from WebLogic is chunked.
