Symptoms

Application deployment fails with "<Error> <Deployer> <BEA-149205> <Failed to initialize the application "<ApplicationName>" due to error weblogic.application.ModuleException: weblogic.utils.ErrorCollectionException:" reported in the server's log as shown below.
