Accessing Application Using Oracle HTTP Server Fails with the Error ""HTTP ERROR 400" (Doc ID 2942666.1)

When accessing application using Oracle HTTP Server(OHS), it fails with "HTTP ERROR 400" as shown below:

Accessing application directly using WebLogic port works fine.

After enabling HTTP Debug at WebLogic end by following below steps:

1. Login into weblogic console
http://<adminserver_host>:<adminserver_port>/console

2. Navigate to :

Environment ---servers ---<server_name> ---debug ---Expand weblogic under "Debug Scopes and Attributes"

3. Expand servlet and enable "DebugHttp"
