Opatch Error Coherence Patch Already Applied (Doc ID 2943561.1)

Goal

The user said that a server management system is saying the coherence patch, <Patch 34845927>, needs to be applied yet when the user goes to apply the patch with "OPatch" it says the patch is already installed on the system.
