Exporting Trigger with Liquibase Adds Blank Line or Spaces (Doc ID 2944225.1)

Symptoms

When using lb command to generate an XML file for a database trigger, the resulting file includes an extra blank line at the end of the trigger text.
This line is interpreted as a modification in the text if the trigger is later imported through "lb update".
Repeating these steps will continue adding lines at the end of the text.
The expectation is that no lines should get added.
