For IBM RACF Advanced connector 9.1.0.1 running on z/OS 2.4 with PIONEER/VOYAGER 6.4.0.

In one of the Logical Partitions (LPARs), we periodically receive RACF dumps.

The abend is occurring during a recovery attempt for an ABEND0C4 RSN4 of a dynamic exit.

The module name and offset are IDFINSTX+114A:
