SQLcl Unload Command Extracts Partial Data (Doc ID 2944507.1)

Symptoms

When using the SQLcl unload command and unloading data from a 500GB table it is seen that the total number of records extracted are not matching with the total number of rows in the table.

The following error is found in the unload log file.

ORA-03148: OCI_ATTR_ROW_COUNT cannot return a row count exceeding UB4MAXVAL. The actual row count is [4294967300]
