Symptoms

APEX Database accounts pasword were expired. Updated passwords for below accounts and the same pasword updated in all the ORDS config pool xml files.

Changes

Below ORDS config pool xml files were updated with the new password.

apex.xml    - APEX_PUBLIC_USER
apex_al.xml - APEX_LISTENER
apex_rt.xml - APEX_REST_PUBLIC_USER
apex_pu.xml - ORDS_PUBLIC_USER
