Symptoms


Customer using Webstart and a Webutil enabled Form with SSL configured. When they try to run the Form they see the following error and the Webutil dlls do not download:

ERROR>WUC-24 [URLDownload.pullFile()] Error reading URL https://hostname:port/webutil/win64/jacob-1.18-M2-x86.dll
ERROR>WUC-24 [URLDownload.pullFile()] Error reading URL https://hostname:port/webutil/win64/JNIsharedstubs.dll
ERROR>WUC-24 [URLDownload.pullFile()] Error reading URL https://hostname:port/webutil/win64/d2kwut60.dll
