Symptoms

When trying to install the Stack Patch Bundle (SPB) for Oracle Identity Management Products, using the spbat tool the first step it is to apply the opatch which fails, "compat-libcap1 Missing Prerequisite"

Run the below command ...

Fails with "compat-libcap1 Missing Prerequisite"
