Symptoms
In Oracle Identity Manger (OIM) 12.2.1.4 Identity Self Service for Request Approval details, the User xelsysadm cannot access the task information error
When Users are trying to query a request (Track requests page) and view the approval details, the system is throwing an error message.
User xelsysadm cannot access the task information for task {task id}.
Ensure that the user has been granted appropriate privileges to access the task information for this task or check on expiration and escalation policies.
