Symptoms

While applying the latest Webcenter OIT 12.2.1.X.0 OUTSIDE IN TECHNOLOGY 8.5.6 for WCC 12.2.1.X.0 Opatch #[bp#] Patch # opatch is reporting a conflict error and fails with error code 73
