After ADF Bundle Patch (BP) <PATCH:34535558> is applied causes OAM console Null Pointer Exception (NPE) Error

No issue if using older ADF BP, <PATCH:33958532>
The reported error goes away in the next consecutive admin server restart, until the command is run again
