Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

A file AIA_MQSeriesAdapter_Config.rar was corrupted on SOA SIT unix server at path
/app/domains/fmw/servers/AdminServer/upload/AIA_MQSeriesAdapter_Config/app.
so customer deleted it and replaced from uat soa server.
But it is not working and we are getting below error-
