Bulk Recovery Options Replay/Recover/Continue Is Not Coming Up After the Upgrade

Goal
When User searches for Errors in Error Hospital, Only Retry option is coming up and other options such as Bulk Replay, Recover and Continue options are Greyed out.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Error Hospital in EM console of 12C
2. Group By Composite and select any composite on which you want to take Bulk Recovery or Replay or Continue is not possible
