Symptoms

A large number of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) jobs are scheduled to start within a short time window using the startscenremote.sh script on a standalone Agent. However, only a fraction of those jobs are starting.

For example, there are 150 jobs to be executed, yet only 20-30 are launched.
