Applies to:
Oracle WebCenter Content: Imaging - Version 12.2.1.3.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In an environment, users are unable to access Imaging application URLs after Linux patching.
These URLs worked before the Linux patching, but no longer work:
https://servername.<domain>/imaging/
https://servername.<domain>/dc-client/
https://servername.<domain>/cs/
These URLs work after patching, but unclear if they worked before the patching:
http://servername.<domain>:16400/dc-client
http://servername.<domain>:16200/cs/
http://servername.<domain>:16000/imaging/
Verified the default port numbers for the apps are are still in place for SSL comm's in WLS Console:
https://servername.<domain>:16401/dc-client
https://servername.<domain>:16201/cs/
https://servername.<domain>:16001/imaging/
When using the above HTTPS URL's:
- Imaging comes up with an SSO login page
- Capture Client says ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
- UCM says ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Changes
Apparently Customer LAN internal port forwarding was changed during the Linux patching operation.
