ESSO: Application Credentials in Logon Manager Are Not Synchronized For Users With Multiple Desktop Computers. (Doc ID 2947244.1)

Symptoms

Users are experiencing login and synchronization issues with ESSO Logon Manager when attempting to logon to applications from multiple computers.

During the initial logon to the computer, the users are prompted with a key synchronization error or they get an "invalid password" error when when attempting to access an application on the secondary computer. 

The Logon Manager client is running on the new computer but there are no credentials displayed in Logon Manager after the agent is started on the computer.

 Users are logging into multiple computers with ESSO Logon Manager installed.
