Custom Facets Based on Search Attributes of Type Keyword are Case Sensitive in WebCenter Portal with Elasitcsearch 7.x (Doc ID 2947290.1)

Symptoms

Custom Facets based on search attributes of type keyword are case sensitive in WebCenter Portal with Elasticsearch 7.x.
Setting the type as text allows case insensitive search but then the Facets are not selectable in the Search Results. 

In Elasticsearch version 5.x, searches on fields of type keyword were case insensitive.
In Elasticsearch 7.x, these searches are now case sensitive.


The expected behavior of search is to be case insensitive.
