Reports Server Keeps Restarting with IBM JDK 1.8.301 or later (Doc ID 2947526.1)

Symptoms

After Java update to version 1.8.301 or later, the report server engines started restarting over and over again. Corporate security policy oblite to be up to date with Java security patches.

Starting the reports server manually with How to Start Standalone Reports Server 12c From a Java Command for Troubleshooting Purposes(Doc ID 2095994.1) works fine and it was proposed as a workaround
