SOA -MDS In WSDL Chooser Popup Window Not Displaying (Doc ID 2947585.1)

Goal

In composite when we try to refer a WSDL file from MDS, WSDL chooser pop-up opens up.
In SOA-MDS section, when you select the apps folder, it should expand and allow you to select the appropriate WSDL file.
But here in this version, it is not happening.
