Goal

Installed BI Publisher 12.2.1.4.220926.

Integrating BI Publisher with OIG 12.2.1.4 following Sections 26.4, 26.5, and 26.6 in Installing and Configuring Oracle BI Publisher

However, when we log in to BIPublisher on our xmlpserver, we are not able to see the folder called "Oracle Identity Manager" under Catalog.
