On: Oracle Forms 12.2.1.4
      Oracle Database 19c

Your form is using ROWTYPE variable.

If the structure type variable is used and if you are changing the table structure, then the forms using ROWTYPE have to be recompiled, else you encounter ORA-04062 errors when trying to access it.

Question: Do you need to recompile forms every time you change table structure on database 19c?
