When switching language in a multilingual portal, the browser tab name is always in English.

Expect to see the browser tab to be translated when selecting different pages in the portal.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

Create translation for the pages per the following document:

Administering Oracle WebCenter Portal
34 Managing a Multilanguage Portal
Translating Strings for Page Content
View the Portal.
- Switch language.
- Select different pages and confirm the pages content is translated.
  
  Notice when changing pages, the browser tab text remains in English.
