Symptoms

When attempting to access an ADF 12.2.1.4.0 application secured with form-based authentication through Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), the login is successful, but the requested page is not displayed although the login is successful and the following error is displayed:

Direct access to the page without involving OHS is successful and no issues are seen.
