Oracle WebCenter Capture - Newly Created Client Profile is Not Available in Capture Client (Doc ID 2949185.1)

After creating a new Capture Client Profile, we cannot see the new profile after opening the Capture client.  How can the new client profile be made visible / usable to client users?
