Symptoms
Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) 12c.
This particular OUD server only requires that the External Change Log (ECL) be enabled for other applications.
Replication is not needed so it is disabled.
Going through the process of replacing certificates with internal/external signed Certificate Authority (CA) certificates in Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) for security requirements.
When using dsreplication, option 3 TO "Set the Certificate Used for Replication" the certificate and alias of that certificate are updated correctly, but the task finishes with the following message:
