Symptoms

While applying OHS Native Bundle Patch on Linux-x86-64, opatch apply fails to install patch with following :

Copy Action: Destination File "$ORACLE_HOME/ohs/bin/launch" is not writeable.

'oracle.ohs2, 12.2.1.4.0': Cannot copy file from 'launch' to '$ORACLE_HOME/ohs/bin/launch'

Changes

 Oracle HTTP Server configured to listen on a port in the reserved range (typically less than 1024)
