REST data source using basic auth / Oauth is configured on Oracle WebCenter Portal to invoke remote service.

It is consumed on a portal page using visualization template.

Below error is shown for public user when the page is accessed however no error is shown when the page is accessed by an authenticated user:

user anonymous not authorized to access external application <APPLICATION_NAME>
