AWR reports can not be generated when connected to a PDB.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

AWR reports can not be generated for a PDB in -DBA section - Performance - AWR - AWR Report Viewer.
For non-PDB --> in the "Browse" section there are entries and report can be generated
For PDB --> No entries for "Browse" section

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For PDB --> there should be entries for Reports

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Connect to PDB via DBA section;
2. Go to Performance - AWR - AWR Report Viewer;
3. Drop down the "Browse" section;
4. No values display.
