Goal
As recommended in Document:2834458.2, you want to apply the Forms Quarterly Release patch:
<Patch 34907966>: MERGE REQUEST ON TOP OF 12.2.1.4.0 FOR BUGS 34316706 30460618 31920357 34602166
However, the README file instructions are not clear.
In one part, it mentions :
It does not mention that you need to stop the Forms/Reports managed server. And what is that patch deployment for Admin?
The instructions are confusing and not clear at all.
