How may I upgrade from 12.2.1.3.0 SOA QUICKSTART to 12.2.1.4.0 SOA PRODUCTION".

Is there a way to export the entire configuration of a domain - Not only Composites or SOA related things, but also other mbeans, WSM configuration, CSF keys, etc, all at once and import them into a fresh install of Weblogic?

I'm mostly looking for things stored in /em - CSF keys, Application MBean data and the like.

I exported the MDS config per the doc linked above from one of my dev instances and imported it into a fresh 12.2.1.4.0 sandbox installation, but it doesn't seem to have changed anything.

Is there a general-purpose "not just for mds/composite/soa stuff" export/import function for migrating config to new domains?
