Goal
OAM Managed Server occasionally will start generating a "Too many open files" error in the logs.
- The hard and soft limit for nofiles is set to 65536 for OAM user
- The /proc/limits files for the various managed server processes do not show a soft and hard limit of 65535. Instead these are the numbers that come back:
