Symptoms

A WebSphere application using Oracle JDBC driver presents connectivity performance issues.
The WebSphere services are not able to transfer the servlets connections to Oracle JDBC driver causing the CPU utilization to go high and slowness of the system.
There are no waits or performance issues observed at the database side.
LoadRunner is used to simulate load.
