After upgrading from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g to 12c, Load Plans fail to open from ODI Studio > Operator > Scheduling

To reproduce:

  1. In ODI Studio, navigate to the Operator tab
  2. Under Scheduling, double-click a Load Plan
  3. Observe the Load Plan does not open
