Unable To Start AdminServer Post DB Migration (Doc ID 2954044.1)

Symptoms

DB is migrated from one server to another server by updating details in jps-config.xml and jps-config-jse.xml then Admin Server not able to start.

Getting below exception in AdminServer.log:

 




Changes

Issue can be reproduced using below steps:

1. DB migrated from Solaris10 to Linux8 server.
2. Updated property "jdbc.url" under <propertySet name="props.db.1"> in file jps-config.xml and jps-config-jse.xml.
3. Updated property "audit.loader.jdbc.string" under <serviceInstance name="audit.db" provider="audit.provider"> jps-config-jse.xml.
4. Perform clean restart of WebLogic servers.
