Symptoms

Planning to upgrade the domain to WebLogic 12.2.1.4. Following error is thrown when running the WebLogic Server 10.3.6 Domain Upgrade Wizard to upgrade the domain by executing the WL_HOME/common/bin/upgrade.sh. The error is thrown when writing configuration files into domain config folder.
