Symptoms

On: 12.2.1.4.221011 version, 12 nodes SOA Cluster

Deployment of SOA Composites fails intermittently in different SOA Nodes due the FTPAdapter resource deployment fails due a java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/tip/adapter/file/IFileConnection exception :

In the soa_serverX.out file was found:

In consequence, all SOA composites that contains a FTPAdapter were not deployed due the FTPAdapter was not deployed successfully.
