Symptoms
- Configured Email OTP MFA and access to protected resource
- The page is redirected to OAM authentigation page and entered credential information
- After that user sees error ; "System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."
- Log file (oam_server1-diagnostic.log) shows the below error.
Changes
By default, values are defined as following;
- Tab "Steps"
- Tab "Steps Orchestration"
However, if "Step" is manually created at Application Security =>Plug-ins =>Authentication Modules > "Steps" tab, values are blank if you don't define them.
- Tab "Steps" (affected environment)
- Tab "Steps Orchestration"(affected environment)
