Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, WLS WebServer Plugins
Apache Web Server is failing to start after configuring the WebLogic Plugin.
In the Apache error logs are reported error about libclntsh.so and libonssys.so failed to open although the LD_LIBRARY_PATH is configured correctly.
