Unable to Disable Logging of InvokeRESTfulService in ODI Load Plan After Upgrade to ODI 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 2957102.1)

Symptoms

An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Load Plan includes an InvokeRESTfulService call. Since upgrading ODI and WebLogic to 12.2.1.4, InvokeRESTfulService call responses are logged to the Managed Server diagnostic log. However, the responses contain sensitive information. To resolve this, the logging level for com.sunopsis.dwg.tools.InvokeRESTfulService was reduced to WARNING level.

After reducing the logging level to avoid these messages, it is discovered that the logging for the class reverts back to NOTIFICATION, showing the additional logging of the response data.
