Symptoms
On Tuxedo 12.2.2 version, the TMS boot fails with xa_open(), and the following error output is in ULOG.
LIBTUX_CAT:466 and 250 are expected message, but 300 is related to TLOG, suppress this message in this case because TLOG is no problem and cause confusion.
