Detach Button Shows Half Empty Popup If Table Scrolling Mode Is Set To Paging Mode (Doc ID 2957783.1)

Symptoms

A table is rendered using Pagination. When the page is run and the Detach button is pressed, the popup shows very few records, and almost half of the available space is empty.

The expectation is that the page expands to fill the page.
