Symptoms
Patch:34259389 fixed the issue that the shard names for JDBCConnectionPoolsStatistics did not match the names returned by OracleShardRoutingCache when using JDBC 21.4 connecting to Oracle database 21.3.
When using the patch but this time against an Oracle database 19.18 with no PDBs (Pluggable Databases), the shard names for OracleShardRoutingCache do not match the names returned by JDBCConnectionPoolsStatistics. That is, in this new case the shard names for JDBCConnectionPoolsStatistics do not match the names returned by OracleShardRoutingCache; while in the previous case, the shard names for OracleShardRoutingCache do not match the names returned by JDBCConnectionPoolsStatistics.
