Symptoms

On : OIM 12.2.1.4.221215 version

Using the REST API, PATCH operation, updating usr_manager_key for  user(s) ,the response is success but the usr_manager_key is not updated.
  

  

However checking the user with user_key 22011, the usr_manager_key is not changed to 22012.
