IPM_ID Conflict In 12c UCM For Migration (Doc ID 2959303.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Content Server

Users want to migrate some data from 11g UCM/Imaging to 12c (12.2.1.3) UCM/Imaging. At migration time it was seen some ipm_id was conflict in 12c UCM/Imaging.
In 12c UCM/Imaging some new check in data was uploaded with those ipm_id. For that reason some ipm_id docs were not possible to migrate in 12c from 11g.

What was the way around for those data migration in 12c?

Note - Use case specific to this customer, but in future some other customer can encounter same issue.
