IdcCommand Fails in a WCC Cluster (Doc ID 2960118.1)

WebCenter Content 11g or 12c.

The WCC domain is clustered.

The IdcCommand is run. As an example:

<WCC domain>/ucm/cs/bin/IdcCommand -f /tmp/IdcCommand.txt -u sysadmin -l idccommand.log -c server

It fails with errors like the following:

Error executing service PING_SERVER. Unable to connect to server. Server unavailable.

Error executing service EXPORT_ARCHIVE. The command 'EXPORT_ARCHIVE' may only be executed by the server.
