Performance Issues When Accessing Content in WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 2960913.1)

Symptoms

Navigating to the Document Page or Document Manager Task Flow in WebCenter Portal is slow the first time you navigate or after going away to another page and going back after a minute or more. 

Users expect access to content to be fast every time. 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to WebCenter Portal.
     
  2. Navigate to a page with Documents in WebCenter Portal.
    It will take some time to show the content.
     
  3. Navigate in the content and the performance is ok now.
     
  4. Navigate away from the page with Documents and go back a minute later.
    It takes some some time to show the content.
